VINOD KUMAR KUMAWAT offers a 30-day return policy on unused Paridhan massage guns and accessories in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact. Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the account details you provide.
For orders placed with partial advance payment, refunds are calculated on the total amount paid and adjusted per our partial payment terms communicated at checkout.
Opened hygiene-sensitive accessories, customised items, and products marked as final sale are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
